Bridge Energy Services (BES) is seeking a Senior Energy Advisor with work experience in energy consulting. In this role, the Sr. Advisor will provide service and analytical excellence to internal and external stakeholders with the end goal of helping clients reduce risk, cost, and time; drive profitable revenue growth while meeting operating targets and develop account management plans to build and expand customer relationships.

consumers of energy such as Hospitals, Higher Education, Municipalities, Commercial, and Industrial
clients with energy sourcing, management, and sustainability. As a full-service energy consulting firm
expertise includes: procurement, on-site generation, renewable strategies, battery energy storage
systems, data solutions, energy management and forecasting, and regulatory affairs (compliance and incentives).

Support the team with onboarding and existing client process that involves: Identify customer’s goals and objectives, development and execution of energy purchasing strategies, presenting energy solutions, goal setting, risk assessment, sustainability requirements, as well as presenting on the dynamics of the United States power markets, including wholesale and retail energy markets.
Drive business growth for procurement and other energy services in the large Commercial/Industrial sector. Maintain, and retain a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients.
Develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to drive profitable revenue growth while meeting operating targets.
Advocate for the client and deliver client satisfaction and exceptional service perform other general administrative responsibilities as required.
Monitors the market and territory and proactively prospects to develop new business opportunities and a strong pipeline. Executes the sales process consistently and fully applies consultative sales methodologies and techniques to drive competitive differentiation and deal closure.
Monitors external environment, competitive trends, and Voice of the Customer (VOC) information to communicate to the team about new product/service.

5+years experience working in the energy or consulting sector.
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated strong work ethic, positive attitude
Focused attention to details 100% honestly and integrity
Bachelors degree
Proven track record in Energy Sales with a loyal client base
Energy and/or Renewable Certifications an added plus.
Direct experience in Energy Sales and Account Management Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
Proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable using Excel Previous track record of success including over achievement of quota
Ability to create and manage a pipeline of prospects and manage existing clients to execute on sales strategy experience selling a solution not just a product.
